It includes a base fee, a site measure-up fee (if needed), and a fixed price based on the size of the alterations and additions. You can also add hourly consultations during the construction phase if required. Tailored to your needs, the package offers flexibility—choose between just plans or a full service with finishes and fixture selections. This package doesn’t include colored perspectives, renders, or detailed joinery. It includes a black-and-white perspective and general layouts for the kitchen and wet areas. You can add hourly consultations or site visits as needed at any stage of the process.
